Warranty Service

Standard Warranty Service

  •  a 12-month Service Agreement under the name of Emagic Standard Warranty, the service agreement will come into effect as soon as the ordered products are delivered to our customers.
  • free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to Buyer;
  • conformed with Emagic specifications and user manual. Once the products are sold, Emagic has no obligation to modify or update them;
  • For defective product shall be limited to repair or replace , the defective product free of charge in case Emagic determines the product failed due to defects in material and workmanship. Buyer is responsible for shipment to Emagic and bears all costs and risks associated with this transportation; Emagic is responsible for return shipment fees to Buyer.
  • Buyer may be required to provide Emagic with evidence of the date a product was delivered and the original contract was signed with us.

Extended Warranty Service

Emagic also provide extended warranty service if customer need, this can be discussed and confirmed by both sides; if you have any problems in this part, just feel free to contact us.
